The use of information that we gather in connection with your use of the Intellifit Virtual Fitting Room (the "VFR") and the Intellifit Web Site (the "Website") is governed by this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice lets you know how and for what purposes information about you is being collected and used. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that information about you will only be used in ways that are in compliance with this Privacy Notice.

USE OF INFORMATION

Information collected by Intellifit Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, "Intellifit") is used for three main purposes. First, we collect information about you to provide personalized size recommendations from participating apparel brands. Second, we collect anonymous, aggregated measurement information from all of our users so that we can provide non-customer specific information to our retail and brand partners. Finally, we collect information to enable our users to participate in future discounts, promotions, services and/or programs.

In addition to the other times or occasions on which we might disclose information about users of the VFR, we might also disclose information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary.

INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

The VFR and Website are not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not collect personally identifiable data from any person that we know to be under the age of thirteen (13) without that child's parent or guardian providing consent through the VFR or the Website.

YOUR CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

By using the VFR or the Website, you consent to the collection and use of information by us as specified above or as we otherwise see fit. If we decide to change this Privacy Notice, we will make an effort to post those changes on all VFRs and on the Website and such change(s) will not affect previously collected information.
