CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rob Weber

Rob Weber has focused his career around starting and building emerging growth technology businesses. He was formerly a founder and Managing Director of Antiphony, a management consulting firm that helps companies create sustainable value through innovation. He also served as Lecturer and Senior Fellow for the Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to Antiphony, Mr. Weber was Interim President of knoa, a venture-backed elearning technology company. Prior to knoa, he served as President of electronic connector manufacturer Elastomeric Technologies, Inc starting in 1990. After five years of sustained growth, he sold the firm to Tyco International (Formerly Augat Corp).

In 1984 Mr. Weber became an early team member and served as Marketing Director for ENSONIQ Corp. He started his career in venture capital with the investment banking firm Howard, Lawson & Company. Mr. Weber has also co-founded two angel-venture firms. He holds a BSE from the Wharton School and a BAS from the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (FOUNDER)

Albert Charpentier

CTO, and Founder Albert J. Charpentier has led the development of the company’s strategy as well as the design and development of the measurement kiosks, measurement extraction software, apparel database, Sizing Solution application and affiliate marketing site. Mr. Charpentier has over twenty years of management experience in the semiconductor, electronics and computer industry. He was the founder and President of ENSONIQ Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-end electronic musical instruments, audio chips and add-in cards for PCs. ENSONIQ was purchased in 1998 by Creative Technology LTD, a Singapore Company known for its SoundBlaster audio brand. Prior to founding ENSONIQ, Mr. Charpentier was Vice President of Engineering at Commodore Computers where he led the development team responsible for the Commodore 64 Computer.

Mr. Charpentier has designed chips (silicon) and software (systems) in the following areas: calculators, microprocessors, ROM, DRAM, SRAM, video chips, audio chips, and hearing aids and holds five patents in these fields. Mr. Charpentier earned a BSEE degree in 1975 from the University of Pennsylvania.

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Joseph J. Cotellese III

Joseph J. Cotellese is a software development veteran who has focused his entire career on consumer oriented product development. In 1993 Mr. Cotellese joined ENSONIQ Corp. and worked with the team that developed the Soundscape family of audio cards.  After the acquisition of ENSONIQ by Creative Technologies, Mr. Cotellese worked for a number of additional startups including G-Vox and B2C2. Prior to joining Intellifit Mr. Cotellese was a partner in opGate LLC; a firm specializing in video technology which was recently acquired by Cisco Systems. Mr. Cotellese studied CS at Penn State University.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT, PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

Carey A. Poehlmann

Carey Poehlmann is responsible for VFR development, production and delivery, as well as managing customer support. Mr. Poehlmann has over 14 years experience in electronic systems and circuitry. He received his electronics and mechanical training in the U.S. Navy and gained experience as an Electronics Technician during his 5 years onboard the USS Providence, a fast attack nuclear submarine. Mr. Poehlmann is currently performing coursework to attain his Bachelor of Business Administration.
